That’s right—your new favorite workspace comes with smoked meats, strong coffee, and Southern hospitality.
Welcome to Bites & Bytes: Coworking at J. Render’s
Starting this August, we’re offering up our stylish Speakeasy space (when available) and restaurant dining area for coworking, Monday–Friday from 11am to 4pm. No reservation needed—just walk in, grab a seat, and get to work.
Whether you’re writing, Zooming, designing, coding, or just planning your week, our cozy, welcoming environment is the perfect place to do it. Oh—and did we mention we now have lattes, hot teas, and iced coffees?
Why coworking? It actually works.
Studies show that people who work in communal environments report higher levels of productivity, creativity, and overall job satisfaction. According to research by the Harvard Business Review, people who work in coworking spaces often see themselves as more engaged and motivated than those in traditional office settings.
Why? It’s all about the energy. Being around others (even strangers) who are working hard can help you stay focused and accountable. Add in a great playlist and some background hum—and boom, you’re in the zone.
Coworking FAQs – The J. Render’s Way
What hours is coworking available?
Monday through Friday, 11am–4pm. Occasionally, the Speakeasy may be reserved for a private lunch event, but we’ll always have space for you in the main restaurant.
Do I need a reservation?
Nope! Just bring your laptop, your planner, or whatever you’re working on, and grab a seat. If you’re bringing a big group (think 30+), reach out and we’ll help you plan.
Do I have to order food?
We hope you do! Grab a coffee, lunch from our $10 menu, or treat yourself to one of our legendary Southern sides. We’ll keep your fuel flowing.
What kind of drinks are available?
We’ve got a brand new coffee menu featuring lattes, cappuccinos, chai, herbal teas, cold brew, and more. Hot or iced—your call.
